Season's Best Vol. 9

It's never too early to start painting for Christmas. Season's Best Vol. 9 is now available. There are some Ho Ho Ho Santa ornaments and small decorative banner wall hangings. There are also a lot of snowmen, some as ornaments and others on fun paper maché suitcases. These little suitcases are terrific for storing ornaments, stationery, painting or sewing supplies. They are a very nice usable item that you will enjoy painting. There are some adorable snowmen dashing through the snow having way too much fun playing, they are really fun to paint. I painted the Ho Ho Ho designs from my newest book Season's Best vol 9. First basecoat a couple of coats of Deco Arts Paint Adhesion Medium on the soap allowing to dry in between coats. Follow the directions in Season's Best vol 9 for the pattern and instructions. When dry, paint several coats of the paint adhesion medium on top of the soap, allowing to dry in between coats. Place in a cute dish and display for the holidays. I'm told by my friend Franca that you can use the soap and the design stays in place because you are using the soap from the underneath. Fun idea!
